That's me

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Carl Gustav Jung

I am Soubhagya Sagar Behera, an armchair philosopher, passionate photographer, relentless traveler, fledgling writer, mental health advocate, friendly neighbourhood doctor with an MBA as well.

I have been photographing for over a decade now. Though initially it was just macro and landscapes, I developed interest in street, architecture and portrait photography as well. I have traveled to 20 countries over 3 continents hunting for that next picture.

Writing is new for me, or old, depending on how I see. My early teenage years saw me writing angsty dreamy poems, but years of medicine sort of killed that part in me. I went back to writing to find an outlet of emotions after certain events in my life. I found solace among words and continued writing through the Covid-19 lock-down.

Most of my posts would be a picture, clicked by me, with few words which may or may not have any relation with the picture. I have been writing poems, short snippets, emotional musings and notes which can marginally be called philosophical.

Thank you for joining me on my journey. Please leave your comments and suggestions and celebrate life with me as I take one day at a time.
